Jarkhynbek Kunbai

Jarkhynbek is a certified lawyer of Mongolian Bar Association and Ministry of Justice and has a wide experience as a lawyer on Civil and Administration cases in Mongolian Civil and Administrative Court and Arbitration.

He has a training and experience with laws and regulations on consumer protection, state procurement, and public administration including labor law issues. He was a team member of law drafting group on Competition Regulation Section of Criminal Law, Administrative Court Process law, and Violation Law of Mongolia under the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection and Ministry of Justice.

Jarkhynbek is a Senior lawyer at Agaa and Partners and his duties include but not limited to, meeting clients, writing contracts reviewing and developing various legal documents; providing legal opinions; representing clients before counter-party, courts and arbitration panels, negotiating and settling disputes; representing before courts and various instances of government agencies and officials.
