Nomin Bayasgalan

Nomin is a lawyer at Agaa and Partners and has been working at the firm since 2015.

She is an alumni of National University of Mongolia School of Law and double majored in Japanese law. She holds a lawyer certificate of Mongolian Bar Association and a certificate of completion of Nagoya University Center for Japanese law.

Nomin is a contract specialist and a licensed lawyer, and her duties include but not limited to:

Legal review to all types of contracts, agreements and other legal documents, creating legal documents such as claims, responses, contracts, agreements and complaints, prepare legal opinions, attend trials, and assist our clients to get visa approval and immigration approval from Mongolian authorities for their expatriate employees.
