Odsuren Laij

Odsuren is a partner at Agaa and Partners and she provides legal guidance to various businesses, both foreign and local enterprises.

In the past she worked at international law firms and accumulated breadth of experience in dealing with foreign entities, who were trying to establish in new settings and environment. Especially, she has strong knowledge in mining and geology related businesses. She also handles matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, provides legal opinions, and represents clients at courts.

At the office she leads a lawyer group on employment matters and has a vast knowledge in the area.

She is an alumni of Law School of National University of Mongolia and is a member of Bar Association of Mongolia.
